Harrow is now finished with his visit (that he was never at...) and leaves very interested in UK. He does not have an offer on the table. They are still checking his papers to make sure everything is ok. A few of the assistants believe he will get one but in the end that is Cal's call.
I don't see a commitment anytime from Harrow if he is offered but you never know. Check him out and try not to let your jaw drop too much...
