Louisville players continue to lack class...

I thought this was the year where UK vs. UofL would actually have a good game without any cheap shots or lack of class.  I very much dislike Louisville but there wasn't really any player that really rubbed me the wrong way with this years squad.  Yes, we have players beating up their father in law over a hairbrush and players being tasered by cops but nothing I've seen on the court warranted any distaste other than that awful name on the front of their uniform...

Unfortunately Terrence Jennings ruined it or kept the UofL classless tradition alive...how ever you prefer to look at it...in this video below Liggins goes up for a shot close to the end of the game and Jennings clearly grabs his legs and brings him down.  This went unnoticed by most in the game because Jones followed up with a monster dunk.

What this video doesn't show, which truly shows the level of lack of class is how Liggins ends up.  It wasn't like Jennings grabbed his legs, brought him down and help catch him to prevent injury.  Of course if he did, he wouldn't have gotten away with what was a blatant flagrant foul.  He through him down and allowed him to hit the floor rather hard, with absolutely no attempt to help prevent Liggins from getting injured.

The NCAA should review this play and have Jennings suspended for the next game which is the NCAA rule if Jennings was thrown out of the game because of a flagrant foul.  Yes it was at the end of the game but rules to keep players safe is for the entire game not just for when the outcome is unknown...do something right NCAA.  Pitino, if you can't recruit kids who can win, at least don't bring in kids like this...cough...cough...Tony Woods...
