-Orton struggled again today in his second game as his Magic team fell to the Jazz. He did have one giant block in the third quarter. What made the block even better was it stayed in bounds, one of his teammates got it and the Magic end up scoring. A block into the stands looks nice but it goes right back to the other team and you only took a few seconds off the shot clock...
Other than that block it wasn't pretty. He never scored, had one post shot that wasn't just an air ball but one I just hope he had sweat in his eye and lost sight of the goal...otherwise I'm at lost on what happened there...the commentators wouldn't even comment on it...what was there to say...
-Quincy Miller made a statement that he is "feeling the Cards" because of liking their new assistant coach Tim Fuller.
Fuller was a big Nike guy and he turned his back on them and went Adidas route. Miller is a big Nike guy and his Nike connections are pushing hard for him to stay away from Fuller...not much love with Nike and Fuller now.
At this point no one close to the situation truly believes UofL has much of a chance with Miller. Some believe he said this because he is trying to get his friend Duece Bello a offer from Louisville.
Things may change but at this point there isn't much concern with Miller and UofL. I still believe UK is the leader with Duke right behind us.
-There is another rumor out about violations, this time with John Wall...its complete bogus; NCAA is not investigating John Wall.
