The Direct TV/FSN dispute is over!!!

For those who are like me with Direct TV, you have likely been informed of the Direct TV/FSN dispute.  This is just what Dish had to go through last year.  Direct TV was set to drop FSN tomorrow.  As a UK fan, this is a major problem since many of the upcoming pre conference games are on FSN and FSN only (unless you live in Lexington and get it locally). 

I have just been informed by DirectTV that the dispute is over!  Looks like Direct TV got a deal done before they cut the channel and all is right in the world once again!  It took Dish Network time to make this deal happen and people with Dish lost FSN for a period of time...not the case with Direct TV. 

I'm sure Dish making a deal already with them paved the way on what Direct was willing to do.  It seemed like a no brainer to me.  If Direct just paid the same amont as Dish and all should be fair in the world.  I have no idea if FSN caved after Direct called for a drop in their programming or not, either way the dispute is over and no UK basketball games will be missed!  Great Halloween day for me and for all Direct TV viewers!
