Every once in awhile you get a commitment from out of nowhere to a school from out of nowhere. Speculation on Daniels has went back and forth for years since he was considering reclassifying and coming to college a year early and then decided against it. UK was heavily involved but Cal passed thanks to a crazy dad who wanted Kansas. Kansas then set it up for Daniels to come by signing two of his teammates including his best friend.
Then Oklahoma St was considered the dark horse in the race. Nahhh to all of them. Lets just randomly pick some other school never even listed with Daniels with a coach who may or may not even be there next year in UCONN.
An odd one to say the least, KU fans have got to be ticked as they are going to be a struggling team next season unless something changes quickly.
