Daniels: Offered or not?

I posted earlier that Cal offered Daniels last night and I am seeing another site via their twitter that UK hasn't offered...not sure why the need to mislead people but here is what is going on.

The compliance office is still checking him out to make sure there is no issues with him being eligible for 2010.  Cal basically told Daniels last night that he wants him to play at UK.  Daniels pretty much returned by saying he would love to play at UK too. 

So "technically" he hasn't been officially offered until the compliance office makes sure there isn't any issues.  We know that everyone wants Cal and UK to go down and there will be nothing looked over by others.  This is why UK runs a clean program despite what the haters want to believe. We are under a magnifying glass and can't slip up in anyway.  Other programs could get away with a whole lot more than what UK could.
